Monday night saw 8 athletes join Jason Fligg our Performance Nutritionist for a Cook-a-long. Jason hosted a live session on Zoom with everyone taking part. The YNSA athletes were guided through two challenges:
1. Baking a black bean chocolate brownie - rich in protein and fibre - A healthy snack that can be used anytime but is also good post workout
2. An option of either Chicken/Tofu or Prawn stir fry OR any combination of the 3.
